Happiness- one little word, an emotion, a feeling that we all strive for in all of our lives. Some of us spend an entire lifetime chasing after this elusive dream. Enter Happiness Is All We Want! by author Ashutosh Mishra.
The list of professional accomplishments in Ashutosh’s life keeps going on and on. And add to it, this life changing book.
Happiness Is All We Want! by Ashutosh Mishra is a beautiful take on how to get your life back on track or make it better. If you are someone who is currently feeling down in his life, or just wants to be more productive, this book is for you.
Ashutosh, in Happiness Is All We Want! takes you into a beautiful journey of the mind, body and soul, making sure that no aspect of any of the three are left unanswered. He gives to the audience real life examples of his “Smart Wellness Capsules” that can help even the laziest of people.

Reading this book, Ashutosh reminded me of Bentinho Massaro at many instances. For those who don’t know, Bentinho is the Osho of the West.
Happiness Is All We Want! is the perfect first step for those looking to dive into the world of meditation, well being and so much more. At the same time, the book is never preachy. The reason behind that is simple- it is honest. The words written by Ashutosh resonate with you on an intimate level because we have all been through similar disappointments or are looking for a similar change in our lives to well, make it happier.
Reading this book in itself is like meditation, really. You feel connected with yourself on a deeper level as you flip through the pages of this book.
Though I must warn you that there may be moments when you feel a little bored as the writing gets monotonous, but you cannot really blame the author for that since it is a topic which is not very easy to write about but Ashutosh Mishra manages to do so with fair ease.
So What are you waiting for? This book gets a definite thumbs up from me!

Last self-help I finished was Open-Eyed Meditation by Shubha Vilas, and I loved it. Happiness Is All We Want by Ashutosh Mishra has touched the same level.
