It is said, “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants “.
In consonance with the same and to evoke the feeling of patriotism amongst children, Junior Einstein decided to do things differently this time round. Junior Einstein is a non government organisation that works for the welfare of less privileged children.
The organisation celebrated the 71st Independence day at Ashiyana Children Home. Ashiyana Children home is an orphanage situated in Sector 16, Panchkula.
The celebrations included a series of events like a verbal quiz, picture identification, patriotic theme games and elementary guess games. Quality time was spent with the kids by the volunteers at Junior Einstein who truly enjoyed every moment of this unique celebration.
The team was enthralled by the enthusiasm and zeal of the little hopes of the nation who flaunted their skills at the dance, skits, yoga (to name a few) quite flawlessly. The event had many smiling winners. Chocolates and toffees were also distributed to the children which define the saying.
A Colorful Riot! really appreciates the effort put in by such organisations for creating an amazing experience for people who may be less privileged than us socio-economically. What better way to do it than on the occasion of our Independence Day. It really goes on to show how we as a nation are willing to take everyone with us, no matter who they are, where they come from or what they do.
“The joy of giving is much more than Receiving” and this indeed was true in the case of the Ashiyana Children Home and Junior Einstein. Kudos, guys!
